Iraq Condemns Reckless Acts Targeting Bases and Diplomatic Missions

Iraq declared on Tuesday its steadfast rejection of all 'reckless' actions aimed at Iraqi bases, diplomatic missions, and U.S.-led coalition outposts.

On Monday, a U.S. military base in Iraq suffered an attack that resulted in injuries to at least five U.S. personnel, according to officials.

The incident comes as the Middle East braces for potential new attacks by Iran and allies, following last week’s assassination of senior members of the militant groups Hamas and Hezbollah.
