The unfortunate incident took place on Tuesday, with the deceased identified as Madhusudhan Gundu. According to the Bhiwandi town police station official, Gundu slipped on oil that was on the floor, leading to severe injuries.
Doctors at a nearby hospital declared him dead on arrival. The police have registered a case of accidental death.
