Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha paid tribute to Havildar Dipak Kumar Yadav and Lance Naik Parveen Sharma on Sunday, following their deaths during an anti-terror operation in Anantnag district, Jammu and Kashmir.

Sinha praised the unwavering bravery of the soldiers, who made the ultimate sacrifice for the nation. He assured that their valor would never be forgotten and expressed solidarity with the families of the martyrs.

The soldiers and a civilian were killed in the encounter in the Ahlan Gagarmandu forest, with operations continuing as additional security forces have been deployed to the area to flush out any remaining terrorists.
