Delhi Police Nab Four Highway Robbers in Rohini Sector 30
Delhi Police have apprehended four alleged highway robbers from Rohini, North Delhi, who were in possession of firearms and ammunition. The robbers, involved in multiple carjackings and robberies over the past several months, including incidents in Gurugram and various parts of Delhi, are being interrogated further.

Delhi Police have apprehended four alleged highway robbers from Sector 30 in Rohini, North Delhi. The suspects were found with a semi-automatic pistol, a country-made pistol, and eight live cartridges in their possession, informed Deputy Commissioner of Police (Outer North) Ravi Kumar Singh on Tuesday.
The arrested individuals, identified as Puru (24), Rohit Joshi (24), Hemant (22), and Parvesh (23), were allegedly involved in a series of armed carjackings and robberies. Their criminal activities included looting a Hyundai Grand i10 near Singhola village on February 23, a Hyundai Verna on July 22 near Sartaj Dhaba, a Tata Punch on July 3, and Rs 88,000 from a salesman in Gurugram's Nathupur village on July 1.
A tip-off led to a police operation during which the robbers were trapped on the night of August 6-7. All four men, residents of different parts of Delhi, were apprehended with illegal arms and ammunition. They have confessed to their crimes and are currently being interrogated for potential involvement in other cases, according to the DCP.
