Government Employee Arrested for Heinous Acts in Village
A 57-year-old government employee has been arrested for allegedly raping a 10-year-old Dalit girl and committing bestiality. The incident took place on Monday afternoon. He has been booked under several acts including POCSO, SC/ST Atrocities (Prevention) Act, and Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.

A 57-year-old government employee was arrested in a village here for allegedly raping a 10-year-old Dalit girl and committing bestiality, police reported on Tuesday. The incident occurred on Monday at approximately 5 pm.
Senior Superintendent of Police Shlok Kumar stated that, based on the complaint by the victim's father, Gajendra Singh, who is posted as an Agriculture Development Officer, perpetrated the crime and also assaulted a goat.
The accused has been booked under the SC/ST Atrocities (Prevention) Act, POCSO Act, section 65 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, and the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.
The entire act was captured on video by a child who was nearby, leading to Singh's immediate arrest. The police have since sent Singh to jail and assured that the victim's family will receive financial support.
