Polish Prosecution Acknowledges European Arrest Warrant in Nord Stream Attack Case

Poland's national public prosecutor's office confirmed receipt of a European Arrest Warrant from Germany regarding a Ukrainian diving instructor allegedly involved in the Nord Stream pipeline attack. The suspect was not arrested in Poland as he left for Ukraine in early July.

Poland's national public prosecutor's office has confirmed that it has received a European Arrest Warrant from German authorities in connection with the attack on the Nord Stream pipelines.

According to German media reports, the warrant targets a Ukrainian diving instructor who allegedly was part of the team responsible for the pipeline explosions two years ago.

The Polish prosecution noted that the suspect was not apprehended in Poland, as he departed for Ukraine in early July.
