Conducted across 1,174 centres in 67 districts, the event follows cancellations of previous exams due to alleged paper leaks.

'The largest police recruitment exam in Uttar Pradesh's history began successfully,' stated officials. This first day saw rigorous security with STF, UP Police, and PAC personnel at critical points. DGP Prashant Kumar supervised inspections, ensuring no paper leaks or irregularities were reported.

Officials in major cities like Lucknow, Agra, and Varanasi implemented comprehensive measures, including special trains, bus services, CCTV, and mobile jammers to ensure a smooth examination process. Stringent monitoring and security protocols contributed to a fair and organized exam, praised by candidates for its thoroughness.
