Sergei Ryabkov, Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister, stated on Tuesday that the United States' involvement in Ukraine's military operations in Russia's Kursk region is 'a fact', according to TASS state news agency. No evidence was provided to substantiate this claim.

Ryabkov did not elaborate on how Russia has concluded U.S. involvement but warned that Moscow's future responses may be harsher than previous actions. This was also reported by the state news agency, RIA.

The White House, however, dismissed the allegations, asserting that it had no foreknowledge of the Ukrainian operation.
