Tragic Accident Claims Three Lives in Surandai

Three women farm workers were killed, and 14 others injured, in a tragic accident in Surandai district when their vehicle toppled. Chief Minister M K Stalin expressed condolences and announced financial aid for the victims and those injured.

In a tragic incident on Wednesday, three women farm workers lost their lives when the 'load auto' they were traveling in overturned near Surandai district, police reported.

The accident occurred while the vehicle was transporting farm workers. Expressing his condolences, Chief Minister M K Stalin announced an ex-gratia payment of Rs two lakh each to the families of the deceased.

Additionally, Stalin revealed that 14 injured individuals are currently receiving medical treatment, with an ex-gratia of Rs one lakh each being provided to them.
