Tragic End: Man Attacks and Kills Woman Amid Relationship Dispute
A 26-year-old woman from West Bengal was fatally attacked by a man she had been avoiding, leading to her tragic death. The accused, after attacking her and three others, attempted suicide. Both had a past relationship, and police are investigating motives involving jealousy and personal reasons.

A man allegedly attacked and killed a 26-year-old woman from West Bengal after she started avoiding him, and then attempted to end his life, police said on Thursday. The gruesome incident unfolded in Hyderabad, where the victim was stabbed multiple times.
According to police at Gachibowli Police Station, the accused, from Bidar district in Karnataka, went to the woman's room on Wednesday night and attacked her with a knife. When three of her roommates intervened, they were also attacked. The police rushed to the scene and transported the victims to a hospital, where the woman was declared dead.
The accused and the woman, a beautician, had known each other from their time in Bengaluru and were allegedly in a relationship. Preliminary investigations reveal that the woman had moved to Hyderabad and was avoiding the accused for the past month. Suspecting her of moving closely with another man, the accused attacked her out of jealousy. Post the attack, the accused attempted suicide by climbing an electric pole and touching a high-tension wire, suffering burns. Police have registered a case of murder and attempt to murder and further investigations are ongoing.
