In a post on X, Starlink revealed that it has initiated proceedings in the Brazilian Supreme Court, condemning the 'gross illegality' of the order which includes freezing its finances and hindering transactions. Despite these constraints, Starlink stated it is adhering to the access block.
The company highlighted its continual legal battles, sharing that others in agreement view the judge's orders as violations of the Brazilian constitution. The tensions escalated further as Brazil's telecom regulator threatened sanctions following the Supreme Court's endorsement of the controversial social network ban.
