The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) has published the 25th monthly report for the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS), covering August 2024. This report provides a comprehensive analysis of public grievances, their types, and disposal methods by States and Union Territories (UTs).
In August 2024, a total of 63,773 grievances were resolved by the States and UTs. However, the CPGRAMS portal reported a total of 203,043 pending grievances as of August 31, 2024.
