Additional Superintendent of Police (Rural) Pavitra Mohan Tripathi stated that children from different communities attending the same school were involved in exchanging inappropriate messages, sparking unrest among locals. A large crowd gathered on Sunday evening as the news spread, leading to the registration of a case and the initiation of legal proceedings.

District authorities, including Superintendent of Police Vrinda Shukla and District Magistrate Monika Rani, have stressed the seriousness of the disturbance.
