Businessman's Tragic Death Unravels Blackmail Plot

Three individuals have been arrested following the death of businessman B M Mumtaz Ali. The victim was found in Phalguni river mouth after he went missing. Authorities report that Ali was a target of a calculated blackmail scheme involving Ayesha Rahmath, her husband Shoaib, and others.

The Mangaluru Police have apprehended three individuals linked to the death of local businessman B M Mumtaz Ali, officials announced on Tuesday.

Ali's body was discovered at the Phalguni river mouth after a twelve-hour search operation. Ali, a prominent businessman, also served as the chairman of the Misbah Group of Educational Institutions.

Among those arrested is the prime accused, Ayesha Rahmath, and her husband, Shoaib. Police investigations reveal that they were part of a blackmail scheme that severely pressured Ali, resulting in his tragic end.
