High Stakes: Kapil Wadhawan's Bail Plea in Multibillion Rupees Loan Scam

Wadhawan, who has been detained for about 600 days, is the sole individual in custody. Disputing the bail plea, the CBI emphasizes the necessity of trial court proceedings, although Wadhawan's attorney insists on the high court's concurrent jurisdiction in the matter.
