The incident unfolded in the early hours of Tuesday at the Smart City project site in Kalyan. According to police, the confrontation arose when the guards objected to the man's presence in a restricted area.
What began as a verbal altercation quickly escalated, resulting in the man being fatally injured. The CCTV footage helped the police arrest the guards, who now face serious charges, including murder, as per the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita regulations.
