Dhas, representing the ruling party, has demanded a crackdown on these practices within 15 days, urging a government response if action isn't taken.
The MLA also supports steps to attach properties of those involved in an extortion case related to the murder of Santosh Deshmukh, a village sarpanch. He stresses the importance of continuing the legal process, despite potential delays, to unveil any hidden accomplices in the case.
Additionally, Dhas highlighted the environmental and health concerns from trucks transporting ash from Parli Thermal Power Station, urging intervention from Environment Minister Pankaja Munde. Local residents face significant health risks from these activities, necessitating immediate policy attention.
