Maharashtra's Thane district witnessed a significant drug bust as police confiscated mephedrone worth Rs 2.21 crore and detained three individuals, an official stated.
The operation, which involved the anti-narcotics cell, took place in Shil-Daighar following a crucial tip-off, leading to the seizure of 1.109 kg of the narcotic.
Among those arrested are Aman Kamal Khan, Ilias Kushal Khan, and Saifali Asabul Haque Khan, who were allegedly planning to sell the drugs. All face charges under the NDPS Act, police confirmed.
