Daring Daylight Rescue: 6-Year-Old Boy Found Safe After Dramatic Kidnapping

A nerve-wracking kidnapping incident saw a 6-year-old boy from Gwalior taken by motorcycle-borne abductors after they attacked his mother with chilli powder. The incident unfolded as the child was en route to school.

Thanks to the prompt action of the Gwalior police, the child was found safe in the neighboring Morena district, just 14 hours after his abduction. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav praised the police's effort, warning severe consequences for those disrupting law and order.

The abduction, captured on CCTV, has incited a public outcry, with local merchants shuttering their businesses in protest and a Rs 30,000 reward announced for information leading to the capture of the culprits. The boy’s family, active in the sugar trade, reported no known conflicts or ransom demands.
