Delhi Police Thwarts High-Profile Robbery Plot

Delhi Police's Special Cell foiled a major robbery attempt targeting a businessman in the Model Town area, arresting four suspects involved in violent crimes. The Special Cell of Delhi Police successfully thwarted a robbery attempt aimed at a businessman in the Model Town area by arresting four suspects, all with a history of violent crimes, on Friday. The officials disclosed that the plan was in the advanced stages when the arrests were made.

One of the main figures in the plot, Satender, had been implicated in the previous murder of a policeman, according to Additional Commissioner of Police Pratiksha Godara. The arrested individuals were identified as Satender, Mohit, Rajendra Singh alias doctor, all Delhi residents, and Monu from Uttar Pradesh.

Detailed investigations revealed that Rajendra Singh, a driver with inside information, had been leaking details to the gang. The police managed to seize weapons and arrest the criminals, preventing what could have been a violent crime. Satender, with a significant criminal history, and his accomplices had planned every detail, including an escape route, before their capture.
