The Madras High Court, on Friday, directed the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board (TNPCB) to ascertain whether Isha Foundation is adhering to environmental rules for its upcoming Mahasivarathri event on February 26 in Coimbatore.
This order was issued by a division bench comprising Justices S M Sivasubramaniam and K Rajasekar, who have asked TNPCB to submit a compliance report by February 24.
