Karan Singh Chautala, grandson of former Haryana Chief Minister Om Prakash Chautala, has found himself embroiled in legal trouble. He and his associates are accused of assaulting a man, Majid Khan, and damaging his vehicle after an altercation. The group allegedly acted under the influence of alcohol after attending a Jodhpur wedding.

The incident reportedly unfolded when Khan overtook Chautala's vehicle near the Footwear Design and Development Institute in Mandor. Provoked, Chautala and his associates chased down Khan, assaulted him, and vandalized his car before fleeing.

Subsequently, the police named Chautala, along with Sandeep and Jaideep, as prime suspects based on CCTV footage, changing the case from unknown assailants to identified individuals. Legal proceedings continue under various charges, including unlawful assembly and mischief.
