Tragic Escape: Event Manager Killed While Fleeing Eve-Teasers

In a tragic incident reported from West Bengal's Paschim Bardhaman district, a young event management professional, 27-year-old Suchandra Chattopadhyay, lost her life while trying to evade a group of eve-teasers pursuing her vehicle on Sunday night.

Police reports revealed that Chattopadhyay, along with three colleagues, was en route to Gaya for a function when the accident occurred near Panagarh. The harrowing chase began shortly after the group refueled at a local petrol pump and was relentlessly pursued by a white car with five male occupants who hurled lewd remarks and recklessly drove after them.

The reckless chase culminated in a fatal crash after Suchandra's car was forced into a road divider and overturned. While Suchandra succumbed to her injuries, two of her colleagues sustained serious injuries. The miscreants fled the scene, and authorities have initiated a search operation to apprehend the suspects.
