A dramatic protest unfolded at the Maharashtra secretariat on Tuesday afternoon when a man jumped onto a safety net of the high-security building.

According to officials, the protester was demonstrating against the state government. The incident occurred around 4 PM when the man landed on the first floor's safety net. Police promptly evacuated him to safety and took him to Marine Drive police station for questioning.

Safety nets have been installed at the main Mantralaya building as a protective measure to prevent potential suicide attempts, highlighting the state government's preparedness for such incidents.
