The newly-elected Delhi government embraces the 'Viksit Delhi Sankalp Patra' for governance, focusing on 10 key areas, including graft-free administration and Yamuna revival. In a decisive move, the new Delhi government plans to adopt the 'Viksit Delhi Sankalp Patra' as a foundational guiding document to fulfill electoral promises. This initiative focuses on ten principal areas, including creating a graft-free administration, promoting world-class transport, and reviving the Yamuna River, stated LG V K Saxena on Tuesday.

Shedding light on the government’s future course during the inaugural session of the eighth Delhi Assembly, Saxena detailed the BJP's strategic vision and priorities. Aiming at efficient governance, he emphasized fixing the capital's infrastructure issues while striving for a transparent and robust administrative system.

With an eye on collaborative governance, Saxena reiterated the commitment to Prime Minister Modi’s 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas' mantra. The government aims to work alongside the Centre and states, transcending a decade of political turmoil, to raise Delhi to international standards in key sectors including health, education, and transport.
