Mystery Surrounding PAC Jawan's Death on Railway Track

Ankur Kumar, a 26-year-old PAC jawan, was found dead on a railway track near Mirganj, Uttar Pradesh. His body was identified through a mobile call. Kumar was part of the 47th Battalion, stationed at the Chief Minister's residence in Lucknow. Police are investigating the mysterious circumstances.

A Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) jawan stationed at Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister's residence in Lucknow was discovered dead on a railway track in Mirganj, police reported on Sunday.

Ankur Kumar, aged 26 and part of the 47th Battalion, had his mutilated body discovered near Gula Phatak early at 6:30 am, with a mobile phone found nearby. A call on this phone helped identify him.

Additional Superintendent of Police (South) Anshika Verma stated the body was located on the Bareilly-Moradabad railway track, confirming that Kumar was a resident of Manohara village in Muzaffarnagar's Sikheda Police Station area and served at the CM's residence in Lucknow.
