The initiative intends to broaden military preparedness beyond professional and Territorial Defence Forces by cultivating a robust reserve force.

This strategic move follows heightened concerns over regional security due to Russia's incursion into Ukraine. Consequently, Poland has invested a significant portion of its GDP into defense, surpassing other NATO members.

To incentivize participation, the program may offer participants opportunities to obtain valuable qualifications, such as professional driving licenses for heavy goods vehicles. Additionally, specialized training will be made available for certain professional groups, and government officials are expected to partake voluntarily.
