Poland has expressed its preparedness to resume facilitating American support for Ukraine through its territory. This announcement comes after the Ukrainian government showed willingness to accept a proposed 30-day ceasefire with Russia from the United States.
Defence Minister Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz told private broadcaster TVN24 that Poland, equipped with an airport and a hub in Rzeszow, located in Jasionka, stands ready to assist. He emphasized that the country maintains its operational capabilities continuously.
The potential for resumed support could play a pivotal role in aiding Ukraine amidst the continued tensions with Russia.
