Police, acting on a missing person report, unearthed the decomposed body of Vijay Chouhan from their house. The body, believed to have been buried for two weeks, was discovered in Nallasopara, Mumbai, when a foul odor led investigators to the gruesome find.

Chaman Devi, the victim's wife, and Monu Sharma, the suspected accomplice, are on the run as police intensify their search. Investigations are ongoing to determine the exact cause of the crime.
