Dramatic Arrests in Wazirpur Robbery Bust

Three individuals were apprehended after a gunfire exchange while attempting a robbery in Wazirpur village. One was injured and hospitalized. Police recovered an illegal pistol and other items, impounded their motorcycle, and linked them to several crimes. They were booked at Sector 10 Police Station.

Three suspected robbers were apprehended following a shootout in Wazirpur village, police announced on Tuesday.

During the encounter, one suspect suffered a gunshot wound and was subsequently hospitalized. Authorities seized an illegal pistol, multiple cartridges, and a stick from the suspects, as well as impounded the motorcycle they used in their escape attempt.

The operation, led by Sub-Inspector Sumit Kumar, involved police firing two shots, hitting one suspect in the leg. The three men, identified as Shravan alias Sonu, Mangat Singh, and Prince, face various charges and were taken to Sector 10 Police Station.
