Police have apprehended four individuals in East Delhi's Mandawali area, foiling a plot to assassinate a local resident. The accused hail from Ludhiana, Punjab, and were allegedly contracted by Canada-based Amar to eliminate a man named Sunny.

Gurinder Singh, the plot's alleged orchestrator, had received a substantial sum from Amar while in Dubai, using the funds to organize the operation in Delhi. The group obtained weapons including firearms and a sword during their stay.

Their capture occurred near a community centre on Budha Marg after a night patrol intercepted them. Despite resistance and threatening with a pistol, the suspects were disarmed and arrested, halting the international conspiracy.
