The Dhaka Special Judge Court-4, presided over by Judge Rabiul Alam, unveiled charges in three distinct cases, prominently involving Sheikh Hasina, her relatives, and associates. Concurrently, Judge Mohammad Abdullah Al Mamun of Dhaka Special Judge Court-5 proceeded similarly with three more cases, emphasizing the scale and scope of these allegations.

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) catalyzed these cases early this year, stemming from claimed misconduct in the Rajuk Purbachal New Town Project. With serious charges framed and warrants issued, the judicial process intensifies as August court dates loom for testimonies.
