Love Triangle Ends in Tragedy: Fatal Stabbing in Shamli

In Shamli district, a man was fatally stabbed allegedly by a person involved with his wife in an extramarital affair. Three individuals, including the wife and her lover, were arrested. Initially misreported as a robbery incident by the wife, named Mafreen, her allegations quickly unraveled under investigation. Shamli Superintendent of Police, Ram Sevak Gautam, disclosed on Friday that the investigation painted a grim picture of betrayal. Shahnawaz's cousin, Tasawer, and his friend, Shoaib, were implicated in the sinister plot.

The tragic killing, driven by an illicit affair, ended with charges being filed against Mafreen and the two alleged accomplices. The investigation continues as the victim's body is scrutinized in a post-mortem examination.
