The Centre has unveiled a specialized category on the National Consumer Helpline's INGRAM portal for complaints related to changes in GST rates, as per their recent revisions effective from September 22.
The Department of Consumer Affairs is aligning the helpline with the 'Next-Gen GST Reforms 2025,' as ratified in the 56th meeting of the GST Council.
This initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance compliance, empower consumers, and strengthen participatory governance in market practices by ensuring timely redressal of grievances through various digital and conventional channels.
