The National Investigation Agency has filed a chargesheet against another individual in connection with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang's plan to flee the country using fake passports.
The probe reveals a terror conspiracy involving the gang and Babbar Khalsa International, targeting India. The fifth chargesheet in the case, submitted at Delhi's Patiala House, names Rahul Sarkar as a facilitator of these illegal activities.
Sarkar allegedly helped create forged identity documents like Aadhaar cards and voter IDs to obtain passports. He is the 22nd accused in the ongoing investigation, which continues to scrutinize the terror-gangster nexus.
