Tragedy Strikes Kullu: Car Plunges into Gorge

A vehicular accident in Kullu's Sainj area claimed two lives when a Maruti car fell into a deep gorge. The victims, Teja Singh and Rajkumar, were from nearby villages. Police have retrieved the bodies and launched an investigation into the cause of the accident.

A tragic accident occurred in Kullu district's Sainj area, claiming the lives of two individuals on the spot. Their Maruti vehicle fell into a 150-200 feet gorge on Wednesday, according to police reports.

The deceased, identified as Teja Singh and Rajkumar, aged 38 and 25, hailed from Matla and Kartha villages of Ropa in Kullu. Authorities retrieved their bodies and returned them to their families post-mortem.

An investigation is currently underway to determine the circumstances that led to this unfortunate incident, as officials have registered a case concerning the accident.
