In a major crackdown, Ranchi police have arrested five notorious gangsters, including a woman, unearthing a sophisticated international crime network. The arrests led to the seizure of three Pakistan-made pistols, seven magazines, multiple cartridges, six mobile phones, a vehicle, and Rs 10 lakh in cash.

The accused are linked to the Koylanchal Shanti Sena and the Prince Khan gang. The woman arrested, Riya Sinha, is the spouse of KSS leader Sujeet Sinha. Police described Riya's role as pivotal in the firearms supply chain.

Investigators uncovered that firearms and ammunition were transported from Pakistan using drones via Punjab, destined for use against businessmen across India for extortion. Funds gleaned from these operations were funneled back to support illegal activities overseas.
