With winter approaching, Russia has intensified its missile and drone strikes, causing outages that pressure Kyiv's crews to repair and manage rolling blackouts. Zaporizhzhia faced destruction in the attacks, leaving two wounded, local governor Ivan Federov communicated via Telegram.

Federov shared that the region endures routine attacks that devastate infrastructures, forcing emergency response teams into continuous action. Additionally, the death toll from a Saturday strike in Dnipropetrovsk has climbed, highlighting the conflict's growing human toll.
