High-Tech Security Ensures Safe Commemoration at Anandpur Sahib

Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav visited Anandpur Sahib to assess security and traffic arrangements for the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur.
Yadav, with Special DGPs Arpit Shukla and Praveen Sinha, emphasized maintaining professionalism and commitment. Over 8,000 police personnel will ensure safety for the grand event from November 23 to 25.
Advanced technology, including a high-tech control room, ANPR, PTZ, and facial recognition cameras, alongside comprehensive traffic plans and real-time digital mapping done with IIT Ropar, are being utilized to manage the heavy influx of global devotees.
