Tragic Scooter Accident Claims Young Life

A 25-year-old man died and another was injured after their scooter collided with a parked truck in Sayyadraja. The men, reportedly intoxicated, lost control of their vehicle near a petrol pump, leading to the deadly crash. Authorities are conducting further investigations.

In a tragic turn of events, a young life was cut short as a scooter accident claimed the life of a 25-year-old man in Sayyadraja. According to police reports, the accident took place when the scooter, ridden by two individuals, Piyush and Vinayak, went out of control and crashed into a stationary truck.

The mishap occurred near the Bharat petrol pump late Sunday night. The two riders, who were allegedly under the influence of alcohol, were on their way home when the unfortunate incident happened, stated the Station House Officer B P Pandey.

Piyush died on the spot, while Vinayak sustained serious injuries and was immediately rushed to the hospital. Police have sent the body for postmortem examination, and further legal proceedings are underway to determine the cause and responsibility of the accident.
