Misra detailed the hierarchical structure ensuring smooth execution, appointing divisional, district, and municipal officers for oversight. Technical and logistical support will be provided by departments like planning, statistics, and informatics.

Critical to this operation is the paperless collection of data by enumerators, supported by secure registration on the Census Management System portal.
