Tragedy in Yakubpur: Fatal Argument Turns Lethal

A tragic incident unfolded in a village near Noida where a woman was allegedly shot dead by her boyfriend following a heated argument, police officials reported.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone II), Shakti Mohan Awasthi, identified the victim as Sonu, a 25-year-old resident of Yakubpur village. She was in a relationship with a man named Krishna. The altercation escalated on Friday night, culminating in Krishna fatally shooting Sonu, who succumbed to her injuries on the spot, Awasthi stated.

The police have sent Sonu's body for a post-mortem examination while the accused, Krishna, remains at large. In response, four police teams are actively engaged in a manhunt to apprehend him.
