Delhi Robbery Bust: Dairy Heist Suspect Nabbed

A man named Md Aqib was arrested for allegedly robbing a dairy worker in Delhi at gunpoint. A pistol, cartridges, and a stolen motorcycle were seized from his possession. The incident happened on November 17 at Bhagirathi Vihar. Further investigation is underway to trace his accomplice.

In a swift move, Delhi Police apprehended a 26-year-old man accused of robbing a dairy worker at gunpoint in the northeast area of Delhi. The arrest comes after an incident at Bhagirathi Vihar where the suspect, Md Aqib, allegedly threatened a 16-year-old part-time worker with a firearm.

Acting on gathered intelligence, police intercepted Aqib while he was traveling on a motorcycle with a tampered number plate. The police recovered a semi-automatic pistol, two live cartridges, and the stolen vehicle during their intervention.

The robbery, which took place on November 17, involved a successful escape with cash. Aqib reportedly confessed to his involvement and was previously linked to a separate snatching case. Efforts to locate his accomplice continue as part of the ongoing investigation.
