National Herald Case: Allegations of Harassment amid Political Maneuvering

During a press briefing, Congress spokesperson Abhishek Singhvi claimed the government deserves a 'Nobel Prize for fabricating a crime where none exists.' He argued that the accusations aim to distract from challenges like the country's underperforming economy, high unemployment, and ineffective foreign policy.

The Delhi Police have filed an FIR against Congress leaders Sonia and Rahul Gandhi, continuing the ED's money laundering probe. Addressing the case's background, Singhvi explained the financial measures undertaken by Associated Journals Limited, asserting that converting loans to equity was a standard business practice, with no illicit financial activity involved.
