Bihar's governance took a significant turn as Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's cabinet sanctioned the formation of three new departments. This strategic move took place during a recent cabinet meeting chaired by Kumar.
Among the newly formed entities are the Youth, Employment and Skill Development Department, the Higher Education Department, and the Civil Aviation Department, set to align with ambitious developmental goals.
