Nagaland's Raj Bhavan is Now Lok Bhavan

Nagaland has renamed its Raj Bhavan to Lok Bhavan, in line with the central government directive to rebrand Raj Bhavans across India. The change was implemented following a notification from the Ministry of Home Affairs, instructing updates in all records and communications.

Nagaland has officially rebranded its Raj Bhavan to Lok Bhavan, aligning with a nationwide directive from the central government.

The announcement was made by Thavaseelan K, the commissioner and secretary to the governor, after receiving a communication from the Ministry of Home Affairs on November 25.

According to the official notification, all references, records, and communications will be revised to reflect the change as required by the mandate.
