Luthra Brothers Deported from Thailand over Goa Nightclub Fire Investigation

Gaurav and Saurabh Luthra, co-owners of the Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub, were deported from Thailand and brought to Goa for interrogation regarding a nightclub fire that killed 25 people. They fled to Thailand after the incident, prompting an international manhunt, and now face multiple legal charges.

The Goa Police are interrogating the Luthra brothers regarding the deadly incident at the Arpora nightclub. They arrived at Manohar International Airport in North Goa early Wednesday, accompanied by law enforcement officials.

Following medical examinations, the Luthra brothers were taken to a local police station for questioning. They face charges of culpable homicide, among others, and will appear before a court in Mapusa town for a remand hearing.
