Minakshi Bahinipati, president of Mahila Congress Odisha, criticized the state government under BJP rule, accusing it of failing to protect women as the law and order situation worsens, especially in Bhubaneswar.
To date, three suspects, including the prime accused, have been apprehended, while two remain at large. If their demands are not met, the Mahila Congress plans to escalate their protest actions.
