Man Arrested for Brutal Canine Attack
A man in Basti district was arrested for allegedly beating a dog and over 12 puppies to death after being attacked by a dog. The incident led to police intervention and the man's arrest. The police buried the animals after the grim event.

A 50-year-old man has been taken into custody for allegedly killing a dog and more than a dozen puppies in Basti district, following a canine attack on himself. The police reported the arrest on Monday.
Circle Officer Kuldeep Singh Yadav stated that the suspect, Kalimullah, was bitten by a dog at Mungraha intersection, triggering the bloody response. Enraged, the man reportedly took a stick to the dog and its litter in a fit of anger.
Authorities were quick to respond upon learning about the incident, and they conducted a burial for the deceased animals. The police have officially registered a case, ensuring the accused was apprehended on Sunday night.
