Gold Smuggling Bust: Myanmar Nationals Caught at Delhi Airport

Delhi Customs officials intercepted three Myanmar nationals at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, seizing over 2 kilograms of gold valued at Rs 2.89 crore.
The individuals were caught while attempting to pass through the green channel at Terminal 3 after arriving from Yangon, Myanmar.
A thorough search revealed 13 gold bars hidden in their belongings, leading to their arrest under Sections 104 and 110 of the Customs Act, 1962.
